Neymar’s goal saved Selecao from defeat

DBasia.news –  The Brazilian national team had to settle for a draw against Colombia in a friendly match held at Hard Rock Stadium, Miami.

Brazil appeared to attack by relying on the Coutinho, Neymar, Richarlison, and Roberto Firmino quartet. In the opponent’s camp, Colombia put three attackers in front of Roger Martinez, Luis Muriel, and Duvan Zapata.

Attacking since the early minutes, Brazil was able to take the lead through a goal from Casemiro in the 19th minute. The Real Madrid midfielder succeeded in continuing the bait provided by Neymar.

However, five minutes later, Colombia managed to equalize through the white dot. Casemiro who had scored a goal now actually benefits Colombia. Luis Muriel who executed a penalty kick without a hitch to break through the Brazilian goalkeeper who was guarded by Ederson Moraes.

In the 34th minute, the combination of Duvan Zapata and Luis Muriel again led to a goal for Colombia. Luis Muriel who received a pass from Duvan Zapata was again able to break into the Brazilian goal.

Entering the second half, the Selecao squad is now more active through attacks carried out by Philippe Coutinho. Several times the new Bayern Munich player has made the Colombian defense hassles.

The Brazilian attack also paid off. Neymar managed to equalize 2-2. Receiving a pass from Dani Alves, Neymar easily struck the ball into the goal of Colombia which was guarded by David Ospina.
