N’Golo Kante discusses his future at Chelsea

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Chelsea senior midfielder, N’Golo Kante has made a firm statement about his future amid rumors of a move ahead of the 2021/22 Premier League campaign ending. It is reported that the Red Devils are interested in using his services, but that cannot be confirmed.

The 2018 World Cup winner is associated with a row of top European clubs, including Manchester United.

New Red Devils manager Erik ten Hag is a fan of Kante. The tactician believes the former Leicester City star could be an interesting part of the project he wanted to build at Old Trafford.

Ten Hag has highlighted Man United’s midfield as the club has the potential to be left behind by several midfield stars such as Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic at the end of this season.

Kante is believed to be one of the ten Hag shopping lists in the transfer market next summer.

However, Kante refuse to talk further about which club he wants to strengthen if he does have to part with the Blues. Right now, he just wants to focus on the club he is strengthening.

“The only thing that is certain is that I still have one year left on my contract and I am totally focused on finishing the season,” said the 31-year-old.

Regarding the issue of joining Man United or extending the contract at Stamford Bridge, Kante gave a firm answer. “I will think about it at the right time,” he concluded.
