Once Again, Mourinho Compared Klopp and Liverpool

DBasia.news – The 2018/2019 season hasn’t started yet, but Jose Mourinho already plays the mind games to his colleague in Liverpool, Jurgen Klopp. The case remains the same like his first attack in the preseason tour in the US: the transfer issue.

Previously, Mourinho ensured Klopp was under pressure to give the title since the arrival of 4 new players: Fabinho, Naby Keita, Xherdan Shaqiri, and Allison Becker. But this time, he related the crazy transfer of Liverpool to the minimum transfer of Manchester United.

“My CEO knows what I want for a long time. I know he tries to do the best for me. I still have a few days to wait to see what is going to happen. The other clubs that compete with us, they are really strong, or they already have fantastic teams,” Mourinho said reported by Calciomercato, Monday (6/8).

“They are investing massively, like, for example, Liverpool, who are buying everything and everybody. So if we don’t make our team better it will be a difficult season for us,” he insisted.

No wonder that Mourinho was frustrated, considering Man United only have Diogo Dalot, Fred, and Lee Grant as the new players. They are not the players who can give impact to the final score, especially in difficult moments.

Mourinho is also aiming one more defender to add the strength in the defense line of Man United. The Red Devils recently related to some names like Yerry Mina, Toby Alderweireld, and Harry Maguire. But until now, there is no transfer happens, and the summer transfer market is about to end within days.

Besides slow movement in getting the player, Mourinho is also frustrated due to the absence of key players ahead of the 2018/2019 Premier League. They are still on holiday or will join the squad after the 2018 World Cup. Moreover, nature adds more pressure to Mourinho by the injuries.

That’s why, during the preseason tour in the US until the last match versus Bayern Munchen, Mourinho keeps on complaining of his situation. He was asked to achieve the trophy but there’s no ideal preparation ahead of the new season.
