One Condition from Solskjaer If MU Wants to Compete to Become Premier League Champions
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Manchester United’s journey this season is unique. The Red Devils were mighty when they appeared at the opponent’s headquarters, but were blunt when they played at Old Trafford.
MU maintains a 100 percent record in away Premier League games after winning 3-2 against Sheffield United. Phenomenal record, but not very encouraging when juxtaposed with their performance at home.
Therefore United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said they must improve their home performances if they are to become serious challengers to the league championship.
United have won all of their six away games so far and have more points than they have bagged at Old Trafford. United have won only once at home, against West Bromwich Albion last month.
“We have to complete our performance at home,” said Solskjaer.
“For sure home and away games are no different in this situation where there are no spectators and it looks like we will be in this situation for much longer, but we should take advantage of Old Trafford more than any other stadium.”
Man United currently sits sixth in the Premier League standings with 23 points. They are five points behind Liverpool at the top.
