Ozil Needs to Work Harder to Find the Best Performance

DBasia.news –  Mesut Ozil became an abandoned player in the Arsenal vs Standard Liege match.  Coach Unai Emery hopes that the German midfielder is still trying to find his best performance.

 Ozil was not played in the Europa League Group F match.  When the team nicknamed the Gunners was winning 4-0 over Standard Liege.

 Ozil is not in the Arsenal squad in the two most recent matches.  The last time he played was when Unai Emery’s men won 5-0 at Nottingham Forest in the English League Cup at the end of last month.

 “I think every player needs to show their best abilities in the match. When I decided there were players who did not enter the first team, it was because there were other players who were better suited to play,” Emery said.

 “What to do if it’s like that?  Back to work hard.  Because there are still other matches.  We will decide again later,” he said.
