Paul Pogba injured again

By db-admin

DBasia.news – FBad luck has returned to Paul Pogba. Before having time to undergo his comeback, the Juventus midfielder reportedly had to step aside again.

Pogba has not played an official game since being sent home by Juventus for free last summer. He suffered a knee injury during pre-season training.

Pogba even underwent surgery to heal his injury. The former Manchester United player’s chances of competing in the 2022 World Cup are threatened.

However, Pogba kept hope of appearing in the grand tournament after being able to recover faster than expected. He has returned to training with the Juventus squad since one week ago.

Pogba was originally planned to make a comeback when Juventus traveled to Lecce headquarters in Serie A, last weekend. Unfortunately, his name is still not listed in the list of the Old Lady’s line-up.

No information was given by Juventus regarding Pogba’s condition. But La Gazzetta dello Sport claim the eccentric midfielder has suffered a new injury in the thigh.

The injury was suffered while undergoing training. The cause of Pogba’s thigh issues was due to being out for too long.

Even so, Pogba’s recent injury is believed to be not too severe. It is estimated that it will only take him ten days to recover.

However, this recent injury makes Pogba’s chances of being brought by the French national team to the 2022 World Cup even smaller. Didier Deschamps now have to think twice about entering his name with concerns of his fitnes.
