DBasia.news – Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic insists he has never even thought about leaving from Turin and moving to another club.
Pjanic was bought by Juventus from AS Roma in the summer of 2016. He was then given a five-year contract by the Bianconeri.
He became one of Juve’s mainstay players in midfield. But then there was news he could leave Turin. Pjanic then hinted that he was ready to move to Paris.
“PSG is among the eight top European clubs,” Pjanic said.
“They want to go up to the next level in the Champions League, it is a very big club that will attract any player,” he said at the time.
“Everything is possible in football, I’ve been in Italy for eight years now and I’m at a really great club at Juventus. In football, you never know what can happen.”
But the 29-year-old midfielder is now giving a different statement. He claimed he had never thought of leaving Juventus.
“I never thought of leaving Juventus. I had an extraordinary relationship with Massimiliano Allegri and we laughed about speculation,” he said.
“I am very happy in Turin, there are many fantastic players around me. I want to be better and I want to help my new teammates, “he stressed.
