Pochettino Admires Son Heung-min’s Playing Character
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Tottenham Hotspur won a victory over Crystal Palace with a landslide score of 4-0. Four of Spurs’ two goals were scored by South Korean player, Son Heung-min.
For Tottenham Hotspur coach, Mauricio Pochettino, the two goals scored by Son further proves the South Korean player’s appearance will be challenging to be stopped by his opponents in the Premier League. Pochettino also hopes that Son can continue to be consistent in every game.
“His attitude and appearance were extraordinary. He has extraordinary quality. I am very pleased with this result. I think it’s important for their self-confidence, “Pochettino said.
“This is the first step. We need to improve a lot and continue to be consistent, “added the Argentine coach.
Pochettino also revealed that he had summoned the players a few days before the match against Palace. The purpose of calling the players is of course to make players able to concentrate without thinking about anything else.
“This emotional performance shows that when you focus and concentrate, you will get the goals you want to achieve,” he concluded.
