DBasia.news – Real Madrid reportedly already have plans for young player Marvin Park, who was promoted to the first team at the end of last season. Park then broke into the first team when coach Zinedine Zidane needed additional players due to injuries.
Marvin Park became one of the young players who appeared surprising for Real Madrid last season. The 21 year old player made his debut away to Real Sociedad in LaLiga’s opener. He reappeared towards the end of the season was when Zidane needed him.
The injury storm that hit Los Blancos has made Marvin receive the opportunity to prove his quality. He was able to live up to expectations and showed the character needed to become a major player at Real Madrid.
As reported by Marca, Marvin has started working with the new coach Carlo Ancelotti since the first day of pre-season. After becoming a winger with Real Madrid Castilla, Marvin was able to play a full-back role for the first team. This shows that he is able to adapt to the demands of modern football.
Marvin will compete with Dani Carvajal and Alvaro Odriozola at right-back if Ancelotti is to continue playing in that position or back up Marco Asensio, Rodrygo and Lucas Vasquez in attack.
