PSG are one step away from signing Fabian Ruiz

DBasia.news – Paris Saint-Germain are looking to complete the transfer of Fabian Ruiz from Napoli in the near future.

The Spain international player is reportedly reluctant to extend his contract in Naples and wants to look for challenges elsewhere.

According to European transfer agent Fabrizio Romano, PSG and Napoli are currently in the final stages of discussing Ruiz’s transfer to the Parc des Princes, with Keylor Navas also likely to enter into a deal.

It is understood that the Costa Rican goalkeeper is looking to find a new club after being replaced by Gianluigi Donnarumma.

“Direct contact has just been scheduled for Fabian Ruiz to Paris Saint-Germain. PSG have a full agreement with Fabian and he will not renew the contract, so it’s just a matter of time,” Romano wrote on his personal Twitter.

“PSG and Napoli are still discussing the final fee, with Keylor Navas part of the deal.”

Ruiz was originally signed by Napoli from Real Betis in 2018, and during his four years at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium, the 26-year-old player has recorded 22 goals and 15 assists in 166 appearances in all competitions.

He also presented one title, namely the Coppa Italia in the 2019/20 season.
