PSG refuse to increase the offer for Milan Skriniar

By db-admin

DBasia.news – There is no clear progress in Milan Skriniar’s transfer saga. Paris Saint-Germain still has not met the asking price of Inter Milan as owner.

PSG have indeed made Skriniar one of their main targets this summer. The presence of the Slovak national player is needed to strengthen the defense of Les Parisiens.

Inter welcomes PSG’s interest with open arms. But the Nerazzurri priced Skriniar at a relatively high amount of 70 million euros.

Initially, PSG hoped that Inter would be able to lower the price. The French giants also intend to sacrifice one of their players to keep prices low.

But in fact, Inter did not budge. PSG had to prepare 70 million euros in cash to obtain Skriniar’s services.

According to Sport Italia, representatives of PSG and Inter held a meeting in London on Wednesday (27/7) local time. However, an agreement was not reached.

PSG still refuses to meet Inter’s asking price. They only include a number of bonus clauses to increase the funds that La Beneamata can receive.

Skriniar’s remaining contract, which is only one year remaining, is PSG’s main consideration. Nasser Al-Khelaifi’s team seemed to put pressure on Inter.

But Inter seemed unaffected by PSG’s bluff. City rivals, AC Milan flatly refused to lower the selling price of Skriniar.

Skriniar’s transfer saga is now increasingly unclear. But all possibilities can still happen until the transfer market officially closes.
