Rashford Hesitates to Stay at Man United, PSG Opens Door
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford is reportedly starting to doubt his future at Old Trafford. These conditions make Paris Saint-Germain ready to accommodate the striker.
The arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo and Jadon Sancho made Marcus Rashford’s position begin to be marginalized. So far, the English player has only appeared in 24 matches in various competitions.
In addition, Rashford’s performance has not returned to the way it was a few seasons ago. The 24-year-old striker has only scored four goals in the Premier League this season.
The series of bitter conditions made Rashford start thinking about his future. Fabrizio Romano reports, Rashford will meet with management to ask for clarification. Although, he will still look professional.
If management cannot provide certainty, Rashford intends to leave. The Red Devils academy dropout contract will expire in June 2023.
Rashford’s confused position at Man United made Paris Saint-Germain glance. Les Parisiens put Rashford as one of the options if Kylian Mbappe does go to Real Madrid next summer.
Currently, PSG’s main focus remains on wooing Mbappe to stay. However, towards the end of the season, the negotiations did not reach a meeting point.
Romano added that recently there had been no contact that PSG had established with Rashford. According to the transfer market expert, it will take a long time for Rashford to consider his future.
