Real Madrid Follows Barcelona to the Top 16, Zidane: Copa del Rey title is Next!

DBasia.news – Real Madrid overtook other La Liga clubs to qualify for the top 16 of the Copa del Rey. Los Blancos won a 3-1 victory over Unionistas in the 32nd match of the Copa del Rey at the Pistas del Helmántico, Salamanca, Thursday (1/23/2020) AM. After successfully escaping, Real Madrid coach, Zinedine Zidane, is eyeing the 2019/2020 Copa del Rey title.

These results has made Zinedine Zidane admitted to being thrilled with these results. Zidane’s ambition is to win the Copa del Rey with Real Madrid this season.
“I am pleased with all the performances. Real Madrid are aware that matches like this are played on a small pitch. However, this gives us more motivation,” said Zinedine Zidane.
“Moreover, there is more motivation because this is the Copa del Rey event and Real Madrid wants to win it. The match was challenging to win and we had difficulties.”
“Real Madrid was unable to flow the ball easily on the field and that did not help us. However, we are happy to qualify for the top 16,” added Zinedine Zidane.
Real Madrid have yet to win the Copa del Rey
in a while. Los Blancos last won the event in 2013-2014 and has 19 times
embraced the event.
