Ronaldo Feels Euro 2021 Is More Important Than His Future

By db-admin

DBasia.news – It is not certain whether Cristiano Ronaldo will stay at Juventus or not. But what is clear now is that Ronaldo wants to bring Portugal to Euro 2021 champions.

Ronaldo did have a shiny career for three seasons with Juventus. To date, the former Manchester United and Real Madrid star has scored more than 100 goals in 133 appearances in all competitions and helped Juve win two Scudetto and one Coppa Italia.

However, Ronaldo’s career in Turin may end in the summer of 2021. Juventus are reportedly opening up the possibility of selling the 36-year-old footballer in order to increase income while reducing the burden of the club’s salary bill. For your information, Ronaldo is paid 31 million euros per year.

Not long ago, Ronaldo’s girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez, said that his partner would stay. However, Ronaldo has since been strongly linked with a return to Man United or joining Paris St. Germain.

Ronaldo’s contract with Juventus has only a year remaining. The question of where he will play next season is not something Ronaldo is thinking about at the moment.

“I’ve been playing at the highest level for 18 years. It doesn’t bother me,” said Ronaldo in Football-Italy. “Even if I was 18 or 19, I don’t think I would go to bed thinking about the future.”

“Now I’m 36 years old. Will I stay? It doesn’t matter now. What happens will be the best decision,” continued the five-time Ballon d’Or winner.

“Now I’m focused on the European Cup. I want to win and I want to have positive thoughts from the first match to the last game,” said Cristiano Ronaldo.
