Sadio Mane’s reason in Moving to Real Madrid

DBasia.news –  In order to win the Ballon d’Or award, Liverpool star, Sadio Mane, is reportedly willing to join Real Madrid.

The person who suggested this was the former Senegalese national team striker, Diomansy Kamara. He considered Liverpool was not good enough to help Mane win the trophy.

Ballon d’Or is considered to be the most prestigious individual award for footballers. Every player would want to win the trophy to ordain themselves as the best in the world.

“If Mane, one day wants to win the Ballon d’Or, he might have to leave Liverpool. Maybe the club is not the best place, even though he has appeared impressively,” Kamara told ESPN.

Kamara considered Mane’s level of play to be on par with other world class players. Playing in a club as big as Madrid will put the player in the spotlight.

Madrid has become the leading club ambitious to bring in Mane. Los Blancos management is even ready to pour large funds to realize this transfer.

“He must maintain his performance as he is not far from that title (Ballon d’Or). In fact, I think he deserves to win it this year,” he added.

Mane did show amazing performance in the last three seasons with Liverpool. He successfully brought the Reds twice to the Champions League final twice in a row and one of them ended with the title.

But the incision has only made him ranked fourth at the 2019 Ballon d’Or award. He even lost to his team mate, Virgil Van Dijk who was ranked second.
