Saha Values Lack of Communication and Leadership in the Manchester United Squad
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Former Manchester United player, Louis Saha, believes that there are two things that the Red Devils must improve if they want to win a trophy this season. The first is communication and the second is finding a leader.
Manchester United are in seventh place in the standings. The Red Devils have only won four of their first nine Premier League games. Meanwhile, the remaining five matches ended with two draws and three defeats.
Louis Saha does not deny that there are a number of visible weaknesses from Manchester United. In fact, if it is corrected, the Red Devils have a chance of at least one title this season.
“What I see from the outside is always easy, but I don’t see a character like that. In fact, when everything is going strong, it will be perfect,” said Saha as reported by the Manchester Evening News.
“However, when things get tough, for example when Man United won because of the recent comebacks, I feel like no one is shouting. The expressions on their bodies are contradicting each other.”
“I’m not comfortable with that. It’s a way of communicating that changes and moves on. But at that point you need a big reaction.”
Saha also highlighted the loss of a leadership figure at Manchester United. “You need character. You need players who have leadership qualities and appoint them. It’s not just about players who comment well in the media.”
Next, Manchester United will visit Tottenham Hotspur headquarters in the 10th Premier League match 2021-2022, at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Saturday (30/10). Reportedly, if he loses again, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be immediately fired.
