Mikel Arteta is happy to see the fighting spirit of players. According to him, Arsenal deserved to win.

“We had a period where we controlled the game and created a lot of chances. It was only a matter of time and we needed to make no mistakes,” he added.

“We did make mistakes. But then the best thing I think is how the team responds. Obviously, when you have the character and support we have in the stadium, it’s easy to do.”

So far, from the four wins achieved, Arsenal have not met the big clubs. In the next match, Arsenal will host Aston Villa (1/8) before facing Manchester United three days later. It will be interesting to see if these two teams are able to stop Arsenal’s winning streak.
