DBasia.news –  The level of playing Manchester United is currently very far from Manchester City and Liverpool. This was revealed by Man United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who also believes his team will be difficult to compete for the Premier League title.

Manchester United are in big ambitions to rise next season. Moreover, this season Paul Pogba and colleagues have been struggling since the beginning of the season. In fact, the Red Devils are threatened not to appear in the Champions League next season.

Inevitably, Manchester United are rumored to be moving massively on the transfer market. The goal, the Red Devils want to re-triumph in the Premier League and Europe.

However, Solskjaer is pessimistic that Manchester United can immediately show a brilliant performance next season. According to him, the Red Devils have been left behind a few steps from both teams.

“I don’t think we have the consistency to do that,” Solskjaer said when asked by reporters whether Manchester United could challenge Manchester City and Liverpool in the title race next season.

“During the last 18 matches, we were not far from them, but things were different if we did it for one season. We have done it for half a season now. Let’s see,” Solskjaer commented.

“You can’t expect something to happen overnight and we understand that. It will happen gradually and we have to be realistic as a club so we do it step by step.”

“It doesn’t change the 10 players now. This is a slow, slow but sure process. It requires quality, personality, and the right standard to take us where we want,” Solskjaer commented.
