Solskjaer Still Wants New Players After Man United Bring Harry Maguire

DBasia.news – Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, manager of Manchester United, still wants new players coming to Old Trafford. The arrival of Harry Maguire was not enough for him.
Manchester United inaugurated the arrival of Harry Maguire on Friday (2/8). The Red Devils pay 80 million pounds to bring the English defender.
That number makes Harry Maguire the most expensive defender of all time. Maguire’s purchase beats Virgil van Dijk when he was recruited by Liverpool.
The arrival of Harry Maguire is considered to improve Manchester United’s backline. Even so, there are still several areas that still need to be addressed by the Red Devils.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admitted that. The Norwegian manager admitted the Red Devils still needed at least one or two additional players.
“Manchester United still need one or two players who can be brought in. We are working hard to do that and everything can go smoothly,” said Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
“As a club, Manchester United has several targets. However, as a manager, you have to work with what you have. You can’t imagine.”
“In fact, you have to work hard to be there. I never thought that did not happen. All Manchester United players can look impressive during the preseason,” he added.
The arrival of Harry Maguire made the Manchester United center-back post quite congested. Currently, there are six players in that position besides Maguire, namely Eric Bailly, Victor Lindelof, Phil Jones, Chris Smalling, Marcus Rojo, and Axel Tuanzebe.
