DBasia.news – The South Korea team surprisingly defeated 1-2 by Malaysia during the Group E match of 2018 Asian Games. South Korean star player, Son Heung-min felt the disgrace with this result.

In the match conducted at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Son Heung-min didn’t play since the first minute. The Tottenham Hotspur player played in the second round.

Son Heung-min was shamed with the loss from Malaysia. He assumed the South Korean players were big-headed before the match.

“I’m disgraced by the loss from Malaysia. We thought South Korea were so powerful. Honestly, I’m frustrated and will talk to the other players. I also have the responsibility of this loss,” Son Heung-min said quoted by Joon Ang Daily.

“We are disappointed at the time when Malaysia scored a goal. We couldn’t control ourselves. The players on the pitch shouldn’t feel important. South Korea have to be solid inside and outside the pitch.”
