Son Heung-min Motivates U23 South Korea Players After the Victory

DBasia.news – The South Korea national team defeated Iran in the 2018 Asian Games. South Korea won 2-0 against Iran in the round of 16 at Wibawa Mukti Stadium, Thursday (23/8).

“However, they are young players. As a captain, I have to motivate them. I think, they gain the confidence and show the power on the pitch,” Son Heung-min continued.

In the quarter-final, South Korea will play against an easier opponent than Iran, Uzbekistan. But Son Heung-min and friends won’t underestimate Uzbekistan to avoid repeating the failure against Malaysia.
