DBasia.news – Chelsea goalkeeper, Kepa Arrizabalaga, recently reported surrendered in continuing his career in England. The Spanish goalkeeper was reportedly willing to be bartered to get out of Stamford Bridge.

Kepa, who is now the world’s most expensive goalkeeper, appeared disappointing in his second season at Chelsea. He has conceded 47 goals in 33 matches in the Premier League this season.

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard is not satisfied with Kepa’s performance. He asked club officials to buy a new goalkeeper this summer.

Oblak’s name then became the strongest candidate as a substitute for Kepa. But Atletico does not want to sell the flagship goalkeeper at a cheap price.

This is what drives Chelsea to include Kepa in an offer package to Atletico. The move is believed to make the Los Rojiblancos camp tempted and want to reduce the price of Oblak.

Reported by The Sun, Kepa also did not object to this. He was willing to return to Spain instead of becoming a bench warmer for Chelsea.

Not only that, Kepa is also ready to cut his salary for the sake of smoothen the  transfer. Currently, the 25-year-old player receives a fee of 150 thousand pounds per week.

Chelsea must move quickly to realize the Oblak transfer. If not, Manchester United is ready to take the opportunity to bring the Slovenian goalkeeper.
