DBasia.news – The presence of Maurizio Sarri in Chelsea brings a positive atmosphere. The Blues are improving in the performance

Chelsea 31-year-old senior midfielder, Cesc Fabregas, is one of the players who enjoy playing with Sarri. Moreover, he wants to add the period with the club he has been supporting since 2014.

“I’d love to stay at the club. I’ve been very happy for the last four years and a half, we’ve had great success, won many things. I feel I still have a lot of football left in me but it is now up to the club,” Fabregas said.

In his career, Fabregas has experienced the leadership of many top coaches like Jose Mourinho, Arsene Wenger, Pep Guardiola, and Conte, but he never felt the same passion like under Sarri.

“I wish he came a bit earlier to be honest. It’s a little bit late now in my career. Definitely, I’m very happy with him.”

Amazed with Sarri, Fabregas made him as the role model when he becomes a coach after the retirement. Sarri’s football philosophy is really enjoyable with the ball possession and offensive short passings.

“Everything goes through me. This is what I like. Touching the ball 100 times, all the play going through me or Jorginho is a very important role for him. I’m learning it. I’m very passionate about it as it’s very interesting,” Fabregas added.

“The way he sees football is something that maybe in the future if I become a coach I think I’ll do something very similar. It’s what I like and how I see football,” he explained.
