The Brighton Midfielder Is Predicted to Be a Bonus for Manchester United in the Transfer Market

DBasia.news – Manchester United passively bought players in the summer transfer market after signing Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane. However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer did not rule out a surprise transfer which he considered a bonus.
Saul Niguez was later linked with Man United after Atletico Madrid agreed to let him go, but according to Paul Parker, a former Man United player, the Red Devils should try to sign Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Yves Bissouma.
According to Parker, the 24-year-old midfielder has the typical box-to-box midfielder who can help both defense and attack. Bissouma is believed to be the ideal signing for United.
“If Manchester United are going to sign one or two players before the end of the transfer window, at least get one midfield player. I think Yves Bissouma would be perfect,” Parker wrote for Eurosport.
“Get someone who knows the Premier League, has played really well since he’s been in the Premier League, played well in the big games for his club when they came and Bissouma comes to mind.”
“He’s been doing it week in week out. He knows the Premier League. He’s athletic, good with the ball at his feet and he doesn’t seem to want to type himself as a defensive midfield player. He also wants to go forward and be an attacking midfielder.”
“He is a midfield player from the previous generation when midfield players were called box-to-box. For example Bryan Robson, Roy Keane and Paul Ince,” he explained.
Bissouma could add depth to a United midfield that already has Nemanja Matic, Fred, Donny van de Beek and Scott McTominay. Last season Bissouma made 39 appearances for Brighton. Bissouma brought to Brighton in 2018 from Lille.
