There is no future for Eden Hazard at Real Madrid

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Real Madrid’s patience with Eden Hazard has run out. The Belgian player is believed to be kicked out soon.

Hazard is still struggling to prove his quality at Madrid. The contribution he has made since arriving in the summer of 2019 has not been comparable to his transfer price of 115 million euros.

During his first three seasons with Madrid, Hazard only appeared 66 times and recorded 6 goals and 10 assists. He spent more time in the treatment room due to injuries.

Entering the 2022-2023 season, Hazard’s fate has not improved. He is more of a bench warmer even though he is in a fit condition.

Hazard has only appeared six times, contributing one goal and one assist in all competitions. Of these, only twice has he played as a starter.

Even though Hazard’s chances of getting to play should be greater with Karim Benzema’s injury. But Carlo Ancelotti as a coach prefers to play players who are younger than himself.

According to Marca’s report, Madrid have already made a decision regarding Hazard. The chosen step is to sell him as soon as possible.

Hazard is actually still under contract until the summer of 2024. But Madrid will try to sell him in the winter transfer market, next January.

Madrid want to immediately kick out  Hazard for a reason. The move will see the Spanish giants save on expenses by paying the former Chelsea player’s salary.

But selling Hazard is easier said than done. Clubs will think twice about accommodating him due to the salary factor.

Even so, that doesn’t mean Hazard won’t sell well in the market. Newcastle United and Aston Villa are now the two clubs who are rumored to be returning the player to the Premier League.
