Tierney Optimistic Arsenal will qualify for the Champions League

DBasia.news –  Newer Arsenal defender from Scotland, Kieran Tierney, said he was confident his team could finish the top four in the English League.

 “Arsenal are a big club and deserve to be in the Champions League.  We know the ambitions of the club and its supporters and we are all united and hopefully we can do it.  We have the potential, we have the ability,” Tierney said.

 Arsenal were previously absent in the Champions League since the 2015-16 season.  This season, they have to compete in the Europa League, having only finished sixth in the previous season.

 Arsenal actually qualified for the Europa League final last year.  However, Unai Emery’s troops lost at Chelsea’s hands.  Tierney stressed, his team must not fail again this season.  Arsenal’s squad must fight it out in order to achieve their targets.

 “I only do my best every day.  I work hard, the manager trusts me and I give 100 percent,” Tierney said.
