Tonali Says AC Milan Coach Is Like a Hammer

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Midfielder Sandro Tonali has found his best game of the season. He admits AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli played a big role in helping him develop and adapt to the Rossoneri.

The young Italian star joined Milan on loan from Brescia in 2020. Tonali’s form has developed rapidly in recent months, especially after becoming a Milan player.

Tonali said it was all thanks to the forging he received from the coach.

“Pioli is like a hammer. The first season was difficult, but we acted as if it never happened. It is impossible to succeed without determination and desire,” Tonali said as quoted by Football-Italy.

In addition, as a Milan fan, Tonali was also excited because he had the opportunity to train and play with Zlatan Ibrahimovic, his idol player.

“I’m a fan of him and being a team-mate at the same time, it’s very different. At first, it was very difficult not to lose focus. I managed to get over it after one month,” said Tonali.
