Torino President Responds to Milan’s Desire to Get Gleison Bremer

DBasia.news – The ambition of Inter Milan and AC Milan to get Gleison Bremer will not be easily realized. Torino as the owner is reluctant to let go of his flagship centre-back.
The Milan duo is competing fiercely for the top of the 2021-2022 Serie A standings. Inter are currently one point ahead of Milan.
Even so, Inter and Milan feel they still need to add new players in the next winter transfer market. Bremer became one of the targets contested by the two teams.
Milan need Bremer’s service to replace Simon Kjaer who suffered a severe injury. While the presence of the Brazilian defender is needed by Inter to add options in defense.
Milan and Inter’s interest in Bremer has reached the ears of the President of Torino, Urbano Cairo. But he has no intention of selling it next January.
“I haven’t spoken to anyone. Bremer is our player and I never thought about selling him in January,” Cairo told Tuttomercatoweb.
Cairo may say it won’t let Bremer go. But that seems to be just an inducement to raise the player’s price.
Moreover, those who are interested in Bremer are not only the Milan duo. English clubs such as Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United also continue to monitor him.
Torino redeemed Bremer from Atletico Mineiro in the summer of 2018 for 5.8 million euros. Its value has now soared to reach 25 million euros.
Bremer himself is no ordinary centre-back. He has a fairly high goal sense because he has recorded two goals and one assist from 16 appearances in Serie A this season.
