Tottenham Began to Hunt Players to Replace Harry Kane

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Tottenham Hotspur will only make decisions regarding Harry Kane’s future next summer. However, The Lilywhites have started hunting for players to replace the captain’s role.

Kane is fast rumored to have asked permission from Tottenham officials to leave at the end of this season. The trophy is the main reason for the 27-year-old’s decision.

Kane’s departure will certainly be a loss for Tottenham. As well as being a symbol of the club, the striker is very reliable when it comes to scoring goals.

But Tottenham seem aware it will be difficult to get Kane to change his mind. Maintaining players who want to move is very risky and can affect the stability of the team as a whole.

Reporting from Sky Sports, Tottenham already have a number of targets to replace Kane’s role. Two names from the Premier League surfaced.

Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford is the strongest candidate to replace Kane. But Tottenham have to prepare large funds because the player has just extended his contract last year.

Another name that Tottenham can target is Danny Ings. The Southampton attacker certainly has a more affordable price even though the quality is still in doubt.

Ings has indeed been able to score double-digit goals in the last two seasons with Southampton. But his failure to shine with Liverpool raises his own doubts.

Another name that Tottenham could consider is Andrea Belotti. The Torino attacker has indeed been linked with a number of Premier League clubs including Manchester United.
