Tottenham Want to Bring Again Players from Real Madrid

There are already two players from Real Madrid at Tottenham Hotspur. First is left-back Sergio Reguilon and second is winger Gareth Bale.

Sergio Reguilon was purchased for 30 million pounds or the equivalent of Rp. 573 billion. As for Gareth Bale, his status was on loan during the 2020/2021 season.

Sergio Reguilon is Jose Mourinho’s favorite at the left wing-back post. The 24-year-old has played nine times in the Premier League and three times in the Europa League.

Unfortunately Gareth Bale still likes a recurrence of his thigh injury and most recently had a fever (after being tested negative from Corona). Bale is more cautious, but has played six times in the Premier League and three times in the Europa League, scoring one goal each in the two competitions.

Luka Modric himself, like Gareth Bale, is a former Tottenham Hotspur player. He strengthened the Spurs from 2008 to 2012.

Modric made 160 appearances in all competitions for the Spurs. He recorded 17 goals and 27 assists.

Luka Modric himself will end his contract at Real Madrid in the summer of June 2021. Los Blancos are reportedly looking to add to their contract, but Modric has yet to sign him.

With Real Madrid, Luka Modric has played 362 times in all competitions with a record of 24 goals and 56 assists. The player who is now 35 years old is irreplaceable as a central midfielder.

Modric has also won two Spanish League titles, once the Copa Del Rey, three Spanish Super Cups, four Champions League titles, four Club World Cups and three European Super Cups.

Luka Modric has also won the highest individual award titles with Real Madrid, namely FIFA Best Player and Ballon d’Or in 2018.
