Wesley Fofana just wants to leave for Chelsea
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Wesley Fofana has started showing his strange attitude towards Leicester City. His desire to leave for Chelsea is getting stronger. The French-born centre-back just wants to move to the Blues.
According to journalist Ben Jacobs’ report, Fofana will not play in the third week when Leicester meet Southampton, Saturday (20/8) night WIB.
The decision was, of course, surprising. Because, Fofana’s physical condition was not injured at all.
The 21-year-old has also played Leicester’s first two full games. He should be a mainstay again if he is not injured.
In the same report it is explained that the player is not focused. His desire to move made his concentration not fully on the game.
Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers has made it clear that he will rule out any player who is not focused on the game. Fofana is no exception.
The two had indeed met several times in the past few weeks. Fofana wants to move, but Rodgers still doesn’t want the player to move.
Leicester are currently in no urgency to sell Fofana. But a number of reports say that the Foxes are still setting the price at 80 million Pounds Sterling.
The price is too expensive. If Chelsea dare to issue an offer at that number, then Fofana will become the most expensive defender in the world.
But that’s the only way to shake Leicester’s refusal to sell Fofana. Chelsea must provide a minimum bid.
The report also explains that Chelsea have yet to make a third offer. The first two bids were rejected by Leicester because they were too low than requested.
Reportedly, Leicester’s rejection of these two offers from Chelsea triggered Fofana’s grumpy attitude.
Meanwhile, Chelsea have yet to make a third official offer for the player. In fact, the summer transfer market just a little longer.
