Who will replace Lukaku if he leaves?
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Although Manchester City and Liverpool have sharpened their line by bringing in Haaland and Darwin Nunez respectively, Chelsea may not have signed a pure striker.
They no longer follow their interest in Bayern Munich bomber, Robert Lewandowski, even though he wants to leave Germany.
Chelsea seem to be more interested in signing an inside forward or striker with high pressing energy, with Man City duo Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus on the radar, plus an interest in Christopher Nkunku from RB Leipzig.
The market for attackers is predicted to heat up as the transfer window progresses.
Armando Broja will be looking to impress Tuchel in pre-season, with West Ham, Newcastle, AC Milan and Napoli keen on signing him.
The Blues are also open to releasing Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech and/or Christian Pulisic if the right offer is made, but no significant interest has yet been found.
