Xhaka is currently enjoying his impressive performance with Arsenal. Thanks to his contribution, The Gunners are in the fourth position of Premier League and unbeaten since September.
Despite the peak performance, the Albanian player won’t end his career at Emirates Stadium. He wants to return to Basel.
“Definitely! My career started here and there is a goal, actually, my dream to return someday,” Xhaka said.
The 26-year-old player was promoted to Basel on 2010. After two seasons at St Jakob Park, he moved to Bundesliga playing for Borussia Moenchengladbach until 2016. After that, he chose The Gunner after dealing with £35M transfer fee.
