Zlatan Ibrahimovic Says He Wants to Live with AC Milan

The saga of Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s future has finally been answered. The striker adds another season to Milan. That means, Ibra will be a Rossoneri player until he turns 40.

Milan’s decision to extend Ibrahimovic’s contract is understandable. Until now, Ibra’s sharpness has not faded. The proof, the striker got 15 goals from 17 matches in Serie A.

“AC Milan announces the extension of Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s contract. Milan is the club that Ibrahimovic has the most to defend against in Italy. “I feel very happy. I have been waiting for this day. Another important year. I feel happy because Milan is my home,” said Ibrahimovic.

“I feel very good with all the results that have been achieved. If it can last a lifetime I will do it.”

“From the first day working with Stefano Pioli it was easy. He has the right mentality and energy to change the team,” added the striker.

Contract Details

Ibrahimovic will be a Milan player until the end of the 2021-2022 season. According to Calciomercato, Ibra will receive a net wage of 7 million euros per season. In addition, there are several bonus clauses that are easy to achieve, including matters of appearances and goals.
