AC Milan Troubled with Former CEO, Marco Fassone

DBasia.news –  AC Milan’s performance is doing well now. But bad news came to them, namely the problem with former CEO of Milan, Marco Fassone.

As is known, AC Milan ejected Marco Fassone after changing owners. The dismissal was because the new owner, Elliott Management, wanted a more competent figure.

AC Milan recruited Ivan Gazidis from Arsenal. Gazidis replaced Marco Fassone as CEO of the Rossoneri a few months after his dismissal.

Marco Fassone reacted a few months after his dismissal. The former Inter Milan official demanded AC Milan for 30 million euros (Rp.449 billion) due to unilateral contract termination.

According to   Gazzetta dello Sport, both parties failed to find an agreement. The hearing was held in Milan City Court on Thursday (2/21).

Meanwhile, Calcio e Finanza said, the next hearing will be postponed first. The court is waiting for both parties to reach an agreement outside the court.

The demands put forward by Marco Fassone certainly damaged the happy moment of AC Milan. The I Rossoneri have been in a positive performance since the arrival of Krzysztof Piatek.

If Marco Fassone won the claim, it would be bad news for AC Milan. Because they are under surveillance of UEFA related to FFP violations.
