Almost Confirmed, Ronaldo Will Retire in Juventus

By news-admin

DBasia.news – The transfer saga of Cristiano Ronaldo to Real Madrid to Juventus has come to an end. The 33-year-old winder is officially leaving Real Madrid to join The Old Lady.

The transfer is complete after Juventus President, Andrea Agnelli, left Italy to Greece, where Ronaldo was having a holiday, to talk about the transfer.

Allegedly, Bianconeri gave €105M to bring Ronaldo in, who played with Madrid for 9 years. Ronaldo left after presenting the 13th Champions League title for El Real.

Ronaldo’s transfer to Juventus made the agent, Jorge Mendes relieved. Mendes said, actually Ronaldo had the dream to play for The Old Lady since he was still wearing Manchester United jersey.

But the dream vanished when the Portugal National Team captain moved to Real Madrid. Just in the beginning of the 2018/2019 transfer market, Ronaldo made his dream came true.

“I thank (Juventus president) Andrea Agnelli in particular for his determination and his willingness to negotiate with Real Madrid. And I also thank (Juventus general manager) Beppe Marotta for his professionalism,” said Mendes as reported by Mirror.

“I’m very happy for Cristiano. Juventus will be his last club, and I’m glad he made this decision. With this team he’ll close out his marvelous career,” he added.

Now, Ronaldo is doing a medical checkup with Juventus and will be introduced to the public and media this week.
