DBasia.news – Liverpool and Bayern Munchen must be content to play a goalless draw while playing the first leg of the last 16 Champions League which took place at Anfield, Wednesday (20/2) WIB.
The Reds recorded 15 kicks, with ten of them on target. But Manuel Neuer who became Die Roten’s goalkeeper did not experience significant difficulties throughout the match.
Regarding the draw, Liverpool defender, Andy Robertson wants his team to show better quality finishing in the second leg to be held at Allianz Arena, Thursday (3/14) WIB.
“We went through this match at Anfield so naturally we felt disappointed because we only got a draw. Of course we always want to win when we play at home, but our opponents in this match have very high experience. There are various factors in each match, if the quality of our final settlement is better, I’m sure we can achieve positive results in the second leg, “Andy Robertson said in an interview quoted from Liverpool’s official website.
Robertson feels that at this time the most important thing to do for him and his colleagues is to return their focus to the Premier League matches that they will live to maintain the opportunity to win the league title at the end of the 2018/19 season.
