DBasia.news – Antonio Cassano, a former Inter Milan player, have also observed the problems experienced by Mauro Icardi at Inter. According to him, it would be good for Icardi if he met with other Inter players.
Inter Milan’s relationship with Mauro Icardi is still heating up. Until now, Icardi still hasn’t played. Reportedly, the Argentine national team bomber refused to perform, although some media also reported that Icardi was injured.
Antonio Cassano believes Mauro Icardi needs to cool the situation by talking to his team-mates. Moreover, the former Barcelona was reportedly involved in a problem with Ivan Perisic.
“Inter Milan needed a goal from Mauro Icardi. I did a lot of disasters in my career and I can give Icardi a lot of advice,” Cassano said as quoted by Calciomercato.
“He has to walk into the locker room and apologize. That’s the only way at least until June, if not, there will be no way out of the situation,” Cassano said.
“Most definitely, he has a problem with someone otherwise he will still play. In June, they will decide what to do,” Cassano said.
Mauro Icardi is rumored to have refused the contract extension that Inter Milan had submitted until the captain’s position returned to him. La Beneamata refused to comment on the news.
“There is no broken relationship. I thank the whole team for playing well. We have talked a lot about Icardi, the time has come to stop commenting on the matter,” said Inter Milan CEO Giuseppe Marotta.
As a result of the relationship breakdown between Inter Milan and Mauro Icardi, Real Madrid are reportedly interested in bringing the player. El Real can get Icardi as long as they want to redeem the release clause that reaches 105 million euros.
