DBasia.news – Antonio Conte is rumored to be returning to coaching and choosing Inter Milan as his new club, but the Italian coach can return to his former club depending on the situation of the current Juventus coach, Massimiliano Allegri.
It is reported that Inter Milan will only fire their current coach, Luciano Spalletti, if they succeed in securing the services of the former Chelsea coach.
According to reports in Italy, Conte has approved to an agreement with Inter to become their coach next season.
Conte has been “unemployed” since being sacked by Chelsea in July 2018. Any potential deal that will make Conte manage Inter Milan cannot be announced before June 30 due to regulatory issues.
Conte and Chelsea have been involved in an English Premier League arbitration hearing regarding the terms of his departure from Stamford Bridge.
Inter are currently third in Serie A, 26 points behind this season’s champions, Juventus.
The 49-year-old coach spent three successful years at Juventus between 2011-14. Conte was then replaced by Allegri who continued the Old Lady’s success in domestic competition. Allegri himself openly stated his intention to survive.
