Barcelona Got Left Behind Too Often

DBasia.news – Barcelona just played draw 1-1 against Valencia. Barcelona coach, Ernesto Valverde, assumed his squad often got left behind.
Valencia led the game at 2′ by the goal from Ezequiel Garay. It triggered the attack intensity of Barcelona.

After the match, Valverde highlighted the team’s weakness who are often got left behind. He thinks it should be changed.
“The team have gone out with the mentality that we have to have, the same as four days ago which was ideal, then we start and score in two minutes, today it was the opposite,” Valverde said quoted by Marca.
“It’s true that this year we are with this dynamic of always having to come back from behind, it seems we are always swimming against the tide, but we know that it will change,” he continued.
“The goal stunned us a little, they had two or three good chances, then we started to dominate the play again. The game was there for the taking if we took our chances or they capitalized on a mistake from us,” Valverde insisted.
Failed to achieve the full point made Barcelona kicked from the top of temporary standing. Currently, Luis Suarez and friends are in the second rank with 15 points. This result is similar to the rival, Real Madrid.
