Barcelona Play Against Tottenham Hotspur Without Sergi Roberto

DBasia.news – After the failure to gain the perfect result in the recent LaLiga, Barcelona are ready to visit Tottenham Hotspur’s home in Group B qualification match at Wembley, Thursday (4/10).
Blaugrana must gain the perfect score to secure the first place. Apparently, Inter Milan are haunting him with a similar score, three points from one victory.
But in order to gain the positive result, Barcelona must perform without their main defender Sergi Roberto. He had a right thigh injury after playing a 1-1 draw against Athletico Bilbao last week.
“Tests have confirmed that @SergiRoberto10 has pulled his rectus femoris muscle. He will miss the next match, and his availability after that depends on how the injury develops,” said the official statement from Barcelona.
Losing Sergi Roberto is a great hit for Ernesto Valverde squad, considering the right defender is the key player for Los Cules in recent season.
For the upcoming match, perhaps Barca will send Nelson Semedo for his debut in the Champions League this season.
