Barcelona President Confirms Interest To Plow Isco From Real Madrid

DBasia.news –  Julen Lopetegui’s career as Real Madrid coach is going prematurely. The 1-5 lost from Barcelona in the El Clasico match ended his career as a coach.

It did not take long, the club side then appointed Santiago Solari who previously coached Real Madrid temporarily. His success presented four streaking wins which then officially made him permanent manager and will coach the team until the coming 2021.

Unfortunately, Solari’s presence seems to be a nightmare for one of the teams star player, Isco. As known, he was not first choice and more often started the match from the substitute bench, his name was even crossed out a few times when the team played a crucial game, including when going up against AS Roma in the Champions League group phase.

The situation has then made Isco be associated with the club’s exit. Although he has several times mentioned no intentions in leaving Santiago Bernabeu, now Barcelona is rumoured to be one of the clubs who is interested in bringing him, this was reported directly from club President, Josep Maria Bartomeu.

“If the team coach wants us to recruit a player from Real Madrid and he is then willing to leave, of course we will try to bring him. Unfortunately, this has never happened all the while I’m here,” says Bartomeu as reported from Goal

“Isco? If Barcelona wants to bring him, then it’s certain that I will first speak to Real Madrid President, Florentino Perez,” he adds.

Unfortunately for the club that bases at Camp Nou, they are not alone in struggling to get Isco’s signature, Barcelona still needs to compete with other clubs such as Juventus and Chelsea.
