Bayern Munchen vs Madrid

DBasia.news –  Real Madrid gained disappointing results as they lost 3-1 against Bayern Munchen in the International Champions Cup tournament.

In the match which was held at the Texas NRG Stadium, Bayern’s direction by Niko Kovac opened a quick lead in the 15th minute through the young French star, Corentin Tolisso’s, kick. Receiving a cross from David Alaba, Tolisso’s first kick was contained by Thibaut Courtois, however, he maximized the rebound ball well.

In this first round, Madrid were down with their core players who were actually able to give resistance and threaten the goalkeeper, Manuel Neuer, but they did not manage to create any goals.

Conversely in the second half, coach Zinedine Zidane replaced all of his arrangements including playing the Japanese sensation, Takefusa Kubo. Meanwhile, Bayern dropped Robert Lewandowski and Serge Gnabry, all of whom contributed significantly.

Lewandwoski added Bayern’s lead in seven minutes after an hour thanks to his twisted body kick to beat goalkeeper Keylor Navas, whose goal was again broken two minutes later by Gnabry’s strike.

After this, Bayern will face AC Milan in Kansas (24/7), while Madrid meets Arsenal Maryland, also on the same day.
