Boateng, to Leave Bayern Munchen?
By news-admin
DBasia.news – Playing for 7 years with Bayern Munchen, Jerome Boateng has successfully achieved 6 Bundesliga titles, 3 DFB-Pokal, 2 Super Cup-DFL, and 1 Champions League. He is now in the intersection: stay with Bayern or move.
In his 29, Boateng shouldn’t make a random move, like when he left Hamburger SV in 2010 and joined Manchester City. Boateng failed to show his quality and moved to Bayern after a season with Man City.
Boateng still has 2 more years with Bayern. But currently, some Europe clubs are monitoring him. Manchester United is interested in Boateng to add the power in defensive line, especially to add more experience.
Bayern won’t insist to hold Boateng back. CEO Bayern, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, Boateng may let go if any club comes with right offering.
“If a club comes to us and he (Boateng) says he wants to join them we’ll negotiate. I’m making no secret of it – any fee certainly wouldn’t be low,” said Rummenigge reported by Manchester Evening News.
Boateng is considering his future. The 2014 World Cup champions with Germany National Team still opens the possibility to leave Bayern.
“I have experienced everything at Bayern. And I have reached a point in which I have to answer some questions to myself: ‘What are my goals in life? Do I want to continue to play at the same club under the same conditions?” said Boateng.
