Costa Rica National Team Coach Suggest Keylor Navas to Leave from Real Madrid

Keylor Navas

DBasia.news –  This season can be said to be the worst season for Keylor Navas. The arrival of Thibaut Courtois, plus being trained by Julen Lopetegui and Santiago Solari, has made Navas’s position be displaced to the bench.

Now, Zinedine Zidane returns to the El Real coaching chair, in fact, it has not made Navas’s position as the main goalkeeper safe. As the reason Zidane played the Costa Rican goalkeeper was because Cortouis was injured.

In fact, the condition of Navas at Santiago Bernabeu is predicted to have gotten worse. In the upcoming 2019 summer transfer market, the club reportedly wants to try again to bring in Manchester United’s goalkeeper, David De Gea, who was allegedly unwilling to extend his tenure with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s care squad.

If really succeeded in bringing De Gea, surely there will be one of Real Madrid’s goalkeepers released by Zidane. Seeing that potential, Costa Rica coach, Gustavo Matosas ,suggested that Navas must leave Madrid next season.

“I want Keylor (Navas) to be happy, and when he doesn’t play, it’s a difficult moment. He is a great goalkeeper, and I don’t understand why he doesn’t play. He has won three Champions League titles and deserves to be a starter, “said Matosas quoted from Football Espana.

It is not known when Courtois will recover from his injury, it seems that Navas will continue to be played as a starter in the remaining matches of Real Madrid in La Liga competitions.
