Crystal Palace Embarrasses Manchester United at Old Trafford

DBasia.news –  Manchester United lost their inaugural defeat in the 2019-20 season. Hosting Crystal Palace at Old Trafford in Week three of the Premier League, Saturday (8/24) WIB. The Red Devils lost at the end of the time through late goals scored by Palace players.

United’s efforts to equalize appeared on the 89th minutes. Martial provided an assist that was converted into a goal by Daniel James. However, United’s defense was off guard and Palace penalized it through a counterattack.

In the added minutes of 90 + 3, Patrick van Aanholt, Palace’s left back, scored through a hard shot from a tight angle. The ball was originally pushed over by David De Gea, but the goalkeeper failed to brush it off and the ball entered United’s goal.

At a very tight time during the Fergie time, Man United could no longer score. Palace surprisingly won 2-1 at Manchester United headquarters.
