Daniel James Praises Anthony Martial’s Great Role at Manchester United
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Daniel James saw an improvement from Manchester United since Anthony Martial recovered from injury.
Martial was absent for almost two months since the end of August due to a hamstring injury. He returned to play when United faced Liverpool in October.
Since then, he has continued to be played by Manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, in United’s last six matches in all competitions. The Red Devils also recorded a positive trend by winning five wins and only falling once.
In the match against Brighton & Hove Albion last weekend, Martial scored two assists in a 3-1 win for his team. The contribution of the former AS Monaco player has made James excited.
“Since Martial returned, we have a target man on the front lines. He is also a great liaison player. He can suddenly appear from behind. This is important for me and for Marcus Rashford as Martiak returned to the team to be a connector, “James said at Soccerway.
“Since he returned, he contributed goals and assists and he is great for us,” James added.
With the acquisition of three points, the Red Devils rose to seventh in the Premier League standings after collecting 16 points. The Manchester Red are still 9 points behind Manchester City, who finished fourth.
