Dortmund Coach Backed His Young Defender

Dan-Axel Zagadou
DBasia.news – Borussia Dortmund coach Lucien Favre admits that he could understand the mistake of his young defender, Dan-Axel Zagadou in the Bundesliga match against Hertha Berlin.
According to Favre, the mistake was reasonable for the 19-year-old defender.
In the match against Hertha, Zagadou did a foul in the penalty box last minute. It made the coach pointed the white spot and Hertha equalized the situation and canceled Dortmund’s victory.
“He played very well today, and mistakes are part of the game. There was another mistake before the penalty. He’s still only 19 and has made lots of progress,” Favre revealed.
“His development has been very good. He needs to keep going like that,” he continued.
