Dortmund Enteres 16-year-old young player into the Champions League Squad

DBasia.news – Young player from the United States, Gio Reyna, 16 years old, became one of the players registered by Borussia Dortmund for the Champions League this season.
Not only Reyna’s age that made a surprise. One other thing that is in the spotlight is, Reyna has not made his debut with the Dortmund senior team.
So far, he has managed to show a pretty good performance with the Dortmund U-19 team. He was able to score one goal and four assists from four parties in the Western U-19 Bundesliga competition.
Reyna came to Signal Iduna Park in the transfer market last summer. Before becoming part of the Dortmund squad, he had learned with the United States team, New York City FC for several years.
Aside from Reyna, Dortmund Champions League squad is also inhabited by several other young players. Like Jadon Sancho, Jacob Bruun Larsen, and Manuel Akanji.
