DBasia.news – The Brazilian midfielder, Fred, admitted he appeared bad at Manchester United last season.
Fred failed to be the first choice in the United squad last season. He lost the competition with Nemanja Matic, Ander Herrera, and Paul Pogba.
He only started 13 times in the Premier League. In total, Fred only defended United in 25 matches in all competitions with one goal and one assist. Fred’s statistics with United were not worth the expensive price.
“Last season, the first for me here, was very difficult, but I ended the season well, and I hope that next season will be very good for me and much better for Manchester United, and I want to be part of it,” said Fred.
“The English league is difficult and has many big clubs, but I think derby is the best game to play, so when we look at the list of matches, we see the match first.”
“It’s difficult to choose one team because there are so many big matches here in the Premier League, obviously there are top teams like Liverpool, City, Chelsea. I think the big matches, against the big six teams, are always good. We always look forward to them, we all want to be on the field and win it,” Fred added.
